Fake medicines don't sneak in. They get signed for.

Fake, substandard and short dated medicines move through the same distributors as good stock. Once they're mixed in with the rest, they're very hard to find.

Most receiving desks check cartons by eye and tick the delivery note by hand. Short deliveries, wrong batches and stock that's about to expire get signed for every day.

When that happens, the pharmacy or distributor carries the blame, the patient gets medicine that doesn't work, and regulators can't inspect every delivery to catch it.

How it works

Check the delivery before you sign for it.

It works in the browser on any phone. There's nothing to install at the receiving desk.

    Capture

    Take a photo of the delivery note, then the front, back and batch panel of each product. A frame on the screen shows you where to aim.

  2. 02

    Check

    Blurry or glared photos get rejected right on the phone. Each pack is identified, its batch and expiry are read, and it's compared with the genuine pack and the recall lists.

  3. 03

    Reconcile

    What you scanned is matched to the delivery note. Missing items, extra items, a batch or expiry that doesn't match, and short dated stock are all listed.

  4. 04

    Record

    You get one report with a verdict for every product. Accept, accept with exceptions or reject, and it's saved with its own audit ID, ready to export as a PDF.

What it does

Four jobs, one scan.

Fakes are rare. Short deliveries, wrong batches and stock that's close to expiry happen every week. One scan does all four jobs, so it's worth doing on every delivery.

  • Reconcile

    The delivery note is read and matched to the cartons you scanned, so short deliveries, wrong batches and wrong expiry dates get caught before you sign.

How the AI works

The model knows what genuine looks like.

It reads the paperwork, the pack and the batch, then tells you what doesn't add up.

  • What it reads

    Delivery notes, invoices, cartons, blister packs, labels, seals and batch lines, photographed on everyday phones right at the receiving desk.

  • What it compares

    Packaging against the genuine pack, batch and expiry against the maker's format and the recall lists, and what arrived against what you were billed for.

  • How it decides

    One model recognises the pack. Another compares it with the reference, section by section. A third flags anything it hasn't seen before. A document model reads the delivery note, and simple rules check quantities, batches and expiry dates. Every verdict comes with its reasons.

  • How it improves

    Every confirmed review, every upload from a manufacturer and every network signal adds to the reference library, and the models are retrained on it.

The models, the receiving API and your records all run on Azure, close together. The photo check happens on the phone first, before anything is uploaded.

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

    Photos, documents and receiving records are encrypted on the way to us and while they're stored.

  • Role based access

    Admin, Supervisor, Receiving officer, Pharmacist and Viewer. Each person sees and changes only what their role allows.

  • Audit logs

    Every receipt, scan, verdict and decision is logged with who did it and when.

  • Retention policy

    You decide how long photos and documents are kept. When that time is up, they're deleted.

  • Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023

    Personal data is handled under the Act, and the people it belongs to can use every right it gives them.

  • Network signal: opt in and anonymised

    Joining is your choice. The signal shows how many sites checked a batch, never who they were.

  • NAFDAC traceability regulations
