About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or send us a pilot request through it. In them, “we” and “us” mean CorrectMED. A pilot itself runs under a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about CorrectMED and to request a pilot. Please do not:

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
• try to reach parts of the site or its systems that are not meant for you;
• send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading through the form, or someone else’s details without their permission.

What the site describes

This site describes how CorrectMED works. Features can change, and what a pilot includes is agreed in writing for each pilot.

The product views and small visuals on the homepage are drawn with sample data. They are not results from real deliveries, customers or suppliers.

Verdicts and your decisions

CorrectMED assists verification and stock control. It does not replace laboratory testing, regulatory inspection or professional pharmaceutical judgement. The receiving officer decides what happens to every delivery.

Pilot requests

Sending a request does not create a contract, and it does not oblige you or us to run a pilot. Pilots are offered at our discretion, and each one is agreed in writing, including its length, its scope and what, if anything, it costs.

Please make sure the details you send are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. How we handle them is set out in our privacy policy.

Our content and names

The text, design, logo and illustrations on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view the site and share links to it, but please do not copy or reuse its content without our permission. Microsoft and Azure are trademarks of Microsoft; other names belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as the World Health Organization fact sheet we quote. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

This site is provided as it is, for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Nigeria.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria can decide any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
